Summary We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and dedicated team member to join our sales and operations team. This role is hands-on and customer-focused, ideal for someone who takes responsibility seriously and enjoys helping people. Key Responsibilities In-store customer service and sales Brace and compression stocking fittings (training will be provided) Processing online orders (website / Shopify) Handling rentals (wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds) Stocking, inventory organization, and product displays Basic website updates and order follow-ups Store upkeep and daily operational tasks Assisting seniors and caregivers with patience, care, and professionalism Assisting at the second store location when neededStore upkeep and daily operational tasks Requirements Must currently reside in Calgary Must be able to commute reliably to store locations Strong reliability and punctuality (essential) Comfortable using computers and basic online systems Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn detailed, accuracy-based work Ability to multitask and work independently Retail or healthcare experience is an asset (training provided) Some basic accounting or bookkeeping experience is an asset (e.g., invoicing, receipts, payments, simple reports) Physically able to handle light lifting and stocking Professional & Compliance Expectations This role involves handling medical-grade products and assisting patients. Accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to company procedures are essential. All fittings are performed according to training and internal guidelines.
