Job Description

Graphic Designer Location: South Central Calgary (In-Office) Salary: Starting at $65,000 per year Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role blends in-house corporate design with client-facing, concierge-level creative services and requires the ability to design across a variety of mediums while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning projects independently while collaborating closely within a supportive, hands-on team. You will primarily support the company''s core corporate brand while also creating high-quality, brand-aligned work for client projects and custom brand development. This position requires a balance of creativity, consistency, accuracy, and adherence to established brand guidelines, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Team Culture & What It''s Like to Work Here This is a small, close-knit, people-first team that takes real pride in the work they do. Everyone works hard, holds themselves and each other accountable, and genuinely cares about delivering high-quality results for both internal stakeholders and clients. At the same time, the environment is collaborative, positive, and mature, with an open workspace where ideas, feedback, and support are shared freely. The right person for this team enjoys working alongside others, can adapt to different personalities and client needs, and knows when to put their head down to meet deadlines while still contributing to a fun, respectful, and energizing office culture. This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of their work, and thrive in a setting where teamwork, professionalism, and pride in craftsmanship are equally important. Key Responsibilities Manage design projects with a high level of autonomy, owning work from concept through final delivery across both long-term corporate initiatives and short-term, fast-turn projects. Create high-quality visual content for the company''s core brand, including digital assets (social media, web, email) and print materials (brochures, flyers, signage, posters). Support client-facing design projects in a concierge, agency-style environment, working with a variety of unique client brands and occasionally developing custom brand identities. Balance ongoing internal corporate work with la carte client requests, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines. Serve as a key point of contact for client design projects, managing professional communication via email, phone, video calls, and in-person meetings. Actively manage inbox communication and project correspondence, providing timely responses, thoughtful problem-solving, and a high level of customer service. Collaborate closely with a supportive, all-hands-on-deck creative team in an open workspace, frequently tag-teaming projects and contributing to a positive team culture. Prepare and optimize designs for digital platforms and print production, ensuring quality, consistency, and production readiness.
