About The Role As a Financial Services Associate, youll play a key role in helping our Members achieve their financial goals. Youll provide tailored advice and promote Meridians full suite of products and services while building strong, lasting relationships. What Youll Do Offer personalized credit and investment advice, even for complex needs Identify opportunities to deepen Member relationships Use virtual platforms to deliver exceptional service Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners Meet and exceed individual and team-based business goals What You Bring 3+ years of experience in financial services with a strong sales track record Post-secondary education Strong communication, time management, and tech skills Flexibility to work rotating shifts (MonFri 8am8pm, Sat 8am4pm) A passion for helping others and a desire to grow your career Where Youll Work This hybrid role is based at 531 Lake St, St. Catharines, ON, with the flexibility to work from your home office (within Ontario). Salary Range: CAD $58,000 $62,000 annually Compensation for this role is based on a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates with stronger alignment to the roles requirements may be placed higher within the range.
