Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they''re looking for, with a friends first mindset. Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Actively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. Assist the team to get the job done and maintain teamwork. Act with integrity and adhere to AEOs policies & procedures. You''d Be Great for This Role Love interacting with people. Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays). Love AE and Aerie products. Have prior retail experience.
