Base pay range CA$28.00/hr - CA$29.00/hr Your Job We are seeking a Data Analyst for our Pipeline Inline Inspection (ILI) Data Analysis team. DarkVision uses stateoftheart proprietary acoustic imaging technologies to provide asset inspection services to industrial clients. This ultrasound system gathers immense datasets and identifies defects as small as a few millimeters. Automated processing, measurement, classification, and visualization algorithms are crucial due to the timeconsuming and inconsistent nature of manual processing. In this role, you will interpret ultrasound data obtained from DarkVisions Pipeline InlineInspection (ILI) tool to produce accurate and reliable inspection reports, essential for the safe operation of oil and gas pipelines. You will be responsible for identifying and annotating features within ultrasound imaging data, creating visualizations, and generating client reports. Our experts from across the machine vision, imaging, computer graphics, and data analytics sectors have worked to create the most technologically advanced platform for pipeline and downhole diagnostics. While this position is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, all applicants must be available to work in evenings or weekends if needed, and be open to shift work if needed in the future. Our Team Our Data Analysts utilize 3D data visualization software and humanintheloop machine learning processes to meticulously analyze ultrasound datasets. The outputs of these analyses result in critical insights that enable our clients to make datainformed decisions on the operations and maintenance of multimilliondollar energy infrastructure assets.
