This job is a fulltime, regular position beginning March 2026. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve revenue and profitability targets Manage inventory Ensure effective reporting to Food & Beverage Manager and communication to the greater team Build a highfunctioning and positive team create the WOW experience for each guest Continuous improvement of guest and employee experiences Develop consistency within the Food & Beverage offerings, follow and improve standards based on guest needs and wants Daily inspections on cleanliness and organization Train the team to see our outlets from a guests perspective Onthespot guest service resolution Create proper service standards, procedures, key notes for greeting guests, pairing of food and wine, upselling, clearing, and timing on tables Team scheduling; follow labour guidelines from Food & Beverage Manager Ensure food quality follows the guidelines set out by Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef Daily reports on promos and guest feedback Work as one unit with the Back of House one team, one Food & Beverage department Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and group services in executing events REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 1 year of experience in a leadership role 2+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry concentrating on high volume Diploma/degree within Hospitality focusing on Food & Beverage is an asset Experience building relationships and working on teams across all levels of an organization Strong experience in upscale and highvolume restaurants and special event execution Proven track record in maintaining a high level of organization on and off the floor Effective communicator and able to implement and uphold high service standards Driven to fostering a teambuilding environment and creating positive guest experiences An eye for detail and quality Showing leadership in a positive, calm, consistent and focused manner We thank all candidates for their interest; however, please note that only applicants selected for further consideration will be contacted directly.
