The Opportunity As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, youll start by mastering the foundations of sales, customer engagement, and brand representation through our in-person promotional credit card campaigns. From there, youll progress into team leadership, campaign coordination, and account management gaining the skills and experience to lead your own projects and teams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to grow into management, lead others, and make a measurable impact in a dynamic business environment. What Youll Do Learn the foundations of face-to-face sales and marketing through retail events, pop-up campaigns, and promotional activations. Engage with customers directly , delivering product information, answering questions, and helping them find the best solutions in a professional, friendly manner. Develop advanced product knowledge to confidently represent brands and communicate key features and benefits. Support event operations , including setup, display organization, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Track sales performance and progress toward daily and weekly goals, learning how to measure and manage business outcomes. Collaborate with your team and leadership mentors to refine communication skills, sales techniques, and leadership capabilities. Take on coaching responsibilities as you grow helping new team members build confidence, learn company systems, and achieve success. Contribute to campaign strategy and improvement , providing input on event execution, customer engagement, and brand presentation. Prepare for management-level responsibilities , such as team scheduling, performance tracking, and campaign coordination. Participate in structured training programs focused on leadership development, business operations, and professional growth.
