Responsibilities Assistance with personal care and hygiene Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Accompany clients on outings Shopping and errands Medication Assist/ Reminders Ambulation and transporting of clients Provide companionship to clients Ability to follow care-plan Documentation/Charting Qualifications PSW/DSW/SSW/HCW (or equivalent) certification from an accredited educational institution Valid Police Vulnerable Sectors Check Current CPR/First Aid Certification Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Up-to-date Immunization Record, including two COVID-19 vaccinations Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle is required Access to Internet/mobile phone Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) #J-18808-Ljbffr
