Salary: 56,500 Are you a highly experienced EA with extensive experience within Investment Banking/Private Equity? Do you thrive working in a fast-paced and client-facing environment? A prestigious Banking firm is looking for a 1st class EA. You will use your professional experience and sound judgement to provide seamless support to a demanding and dynamic MD with some additional support to a small team. What youll be doing day to day: Extensive and complex diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules Inbox management/gatekeeping Extensive global travel planning, preparing detailed itineraries Assistance with conference organisation and client hospitality Building relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels Creating and editing reports and presentations The skills you need to bring: Senior EA experience gained within Investment Banking/Private Equity is essential front office and/or client-facing team/dept highly advantageous Exemplary communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong decision-making skills Ability to communicate with senior management and executives Superb attention to detail Strong MS Office skills + bonus + benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
