Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Community Nursing (WSIB) Position: Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Community Nursing Location: Peterborough/Lindsay Status: Contract / Part-time / Full-time (assignment-dependent) About Qualicare Durham Region Qualicare Durham Region is a nurse-led, CARF-accredited home care organization expanding its clinical services under a new Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) contract. We provide professional, recovery-focused care to injured workers who require in-home services across Peterborough/Lindsay Role Summary RPNs provide hands-on nursing care to WSIB clients in the home, supporting clinical stability, safety, and daily health needs under RN oversight. Extended or continuous care assignments (324h) are structured as employee roles in accordance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide in-home nursing care aligned with care plans Support medication administration and monitoring Observe, document, and report changes in client condition Collaborate with RN Care Coordinators and clinical leadership Qualifications RPN in good standing with the CNO Minimum 3 years relevant clinical experience Community, rehab, or complex care experience preferred Reliable transportation Compensation $30$34/hour (employee) $38$42/hour (contract) Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development #J-18808-Ljbffr
