Location: Orillia, ON Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $75,000$95,000 annually + comprehensive benefits Schedule: MondayFriday (40 hours/week, occasional flexibility required) What Youll Do Lead day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and KPIs to optimize workflows and maintain quality standards. Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and procurement to align with company objectives. Provide strong leadershiprecruit, train, and mentor staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and automation projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, mitigating risks proactively. Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and execution of business goals. Manage supply chain activities from raw material sourcing to final delivery. What Were Looking For Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management. Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills. Solid understanding of finance, budgeting, and P&L management. Familiarity with ERP systems (Global Shop or similar is an asset). Knowledge of OHSA and ability to lead compliance initiatives. Experience with KPI development, change control, and continuous improvement programs.
