Our Resort Managers are responsible for operations, staffing, budgeting and planning at one of our picturesque RV and Campground properties. They are ambassadors of the Parkbridge brand, and the heart of our communities. This is a year-round position. The major areas of responsibilities include: creating and managing the annual operating and capital improvements budgets, personnel management, resident relations, retailer relations, community enhancement, and other related property management duties. The expected annualized base salary range is $64,000-$66,000. QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off. The actual salary offered will consider factors such as experience, education and training, market compensation, and internal equity.
