Job Description As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, monitor safety and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fastpaced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporateowned and operated restaurants. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: Starting at $20.25 per hour.
