Responsibilities Foster positive relationships with service clients, welcoming clients on their visits and assisting with check-in. Call, text, and send video confirmations for upcoming service appointments. Proactively review client appointment reports daily and weekly to identify acquisition opportunities. Approach and engage clients in service to discuss their ownership journey and discuss options to upgrade. Collaborate with Service Advisors to identify customers with high repair costs and explore purchasing solutions to satisfy client needs. Attend sales meetings, product training, and maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions. Develop a solid understanding and the ability to communicate vehicle equity, depreciation, and financing options to clients. Maintain a professional appearance and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, or service role is considered an asset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships.
