Identify business needs and identify weaknesses. Evaluate and analyze business practices and procedures. Compile and present research findings and recommendations. Develop detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements. Organize and manage commercial projects. Provide guidance when problems, challenges or problematic situations arise. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the project. Requirements A degree in Business Administration or related field is required. Prior business consulting experience preferred. Masters or a specialized masters in a business area beneficial. A certification as a management consultant is a plus. Strong research and data collection skills. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Knowledge of operational areas such as IT, HR, training and marketing. Excellent communication, communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with a variety of business management software such as commercial invoicing programs, wordprocessing programs, CRMs, databases and assetmanagement software.
