What Youll Be Doing Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs, listening to understand what they are asking for. Educate customers, providing relevant insights and expert advice. Build customer comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals. Nurture strong, longstanding relationships. Develop, retain and grow branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience. What You Need To Succeed The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fastpaced environment that aligns to a customers stated goals. Ability to uncover and solve for customer needs.
