About the role We are looking to hire an ElectroMechanical Assembler for a fulltime permanent day shift position. In this role, you will report directly to our Production Manager and be responsible for producing highquality products. This handson position allows you to work independently and allows you to demonstrate your skills. As part of a small team of technical experts, you must be dedicated, an effective communicator, and thrive in a fastpaced environment. This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills and grow in other areas within RBR. What youll do Build highquality electromechanical assemblies Read through process documentation, bills of materials (BOM), drawings and electrical schematics to ensure accurate assembly of our products Perform highquality soldering using soldering tools, a microscope, and other equipment Collaborate within a fastpaced team environment to drive process improvements and crosstraining initiatives. Work with the Research and Development department on new product introductions and contribute to the design of manufacturing (DFM) initiatives What you bring 3-5 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment Mechanical and electronics assembly experience Highly competent in the use of assembly tools, crimping tools, automated equipment, and multimeters, with good handeye coordination for small, sensitive components Strong mechanical aptitude Experience in working with optics is preferred Demonstrated experience with fine soldering and highprecision work IPCA610 and JStandard certification would be a strong asset Proficient with computers as well as the capability to learn various programs a must #J-18808-Ljbffr
