Full-time marketing team dedicated to filling your schedule Opportunity to create and facilitate community workshops for additional income Milestone appreciation program that rewards you for your tenure with us Responsibilities Provide evidenced-based, culturally responsive and trauma-informed counselling to populations you are specialized and interested in working with Integrate DiveThru app features (e.g. booking portal, clinically validated measures, entering tasks to work on outside of session) Attend team meetings, case consultations and professional development sessions as part of a collaborative work environment and to strive for quality care Commitment to DiveThrus clinical values: providing person-centred care, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, adopting a feedback-informed approach, and showing compassion and empathy in your interactions Requirements Clinical training in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, SBFT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, ERP, Gottman method, etc. Excellent oral and communication skills Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education Experience providing individual therapy to children, teens and/or adults Registration and in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists Professional liability insurance, including cyber liability Completed a Masters or Doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or School and Clinical Child Psychology See a minimum of 15 clients a week in-person AND virtually An external supervisor is required for Provisional Psychologists Salary and Next Steps The rate of this contract will be $110 per session.
