What Youll Do Here Play a key role in growing our Group Benefits business by developing a group benefits prospect list through direct solicitation, BrokerLinks own referral network, and team collaboration. Obtain all information required for a complete submission and prepare a proposal subject to BrokerLink guidelines. Ensure all information is collected and documented to ensure the client is properly serviced. May be assigned a book of business or policies from time to time to develop relationships and manage ongoing service and annual renewals. Conduct regular meetings with clients to present renewals, employee group benefits meetings, and assess changing needs to strengthen the relationship, contributing to retention targets. Develop and maintain a positive, cooperative, professional image with clients, community profiles, company personnel and other staff members, conducting business in a manner that enhances BrokerLinks professional reputation. Keep abreast of industry changes, product and service offerings, and share information with the BrokerLink Group Benefits team. Collaborate with team members and insurer partners on claim or servicerelated matters to resolve client issues. Participate in BrokerLink sales training and initiatives. Proactively contribute to department effectiveness and BrokerLink as a whole; accept and adapt to changing requirements regarding workflows and jobrelated matters.
