You''ll handle raw grains and begin their transformation into food-grade products for distribution worldwide, operating advanced milling equipment and systems. Key Duties Operate/monitor Mill equipment, ensuring top product quality and yield. Adjust, test, and troubleshoot cleaning, de-hulling, and color sorting systems. Perform product testing, process checks, and record data using Galileo. Maintain sanitation, address spills, and ensure a safe workplace. Handle Gluten-Free products per compliance standards. Support receiving, bulk loading, and cross-training across departments. Follow company safety and food safety policies at all times. Qualifications High School Diploma (required). Mechanical aptitude; ability to operate/maintain equipment. Grain milling or processing experience (asset). Ability to detect off-spec product via visual/sensory checks. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills. Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and moving machinery. Schedule & Perks 12-hour Modified shift schedule (includes nights/weekends).
