Job Description

MedRehab is seeking a passionate and skilled Chiropractor to join our collaborative, patient-centered team in Halton Hills, ON at our Georgetown clinic. In this role, you will provide hands-on manual therapy and evidence-informed care to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and achieve long-term health goals. You will be responsible for developing strong rapport during assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and guiding patients through their care journeyfrom initial visit to graduation. Youll work with a supportive multidisciplinary team, utilize modern techniques including soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, ultrasound, and 3D orthotic casting, and manage a varied caseload using online charting software. A strong focus on patient retention, communication, and community engagement is essential. Qualifications Registration (member in good standing) with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario Must have malpractice insurance Responsibilities Develop rapport with patients during initial assessments Create individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning Prescribe and schedule treatment sessions aligned with the care plan Encourage patients to book all future appointments upfront Maintain patient commitment throughout their treatment journey Celebrate patient progress upon completing their plan of care Recommend and educate patients on home rehab products Perform handson manual spinal adjustments to improve mobility and reduce pain Utilize techniques such as soft tissue therapy, taping, acupuncture, ultrasound, and home exercises to treat various conditions Conduct 3D laser scans for orthotics, and dispense orthotics, compression stockings, and braces Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals in a teambased approach Use online charting software to document treatments and recommendations Manage caseloads effectively with a focus on utilization and patient retention Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with a positive attitude Offer 15minute oneonone manual therapy sessions and full 30minute rehab programs Conduct weekly patient assessments and adjust plans as needed Build a strong personal brand and promote internal, doctor, family/friend, and community referrals Participate in community events and represent the clinic positively Follow the full patient experience journey for consistent, high-quality care Attend monthly case study reviews with the clinical team Engage in ongoing professional development through job shadowing, role playing, and courses (online and in-person) Skills Clinical Skills: Confident in evidence-informed, patient-centered care using manual therapy, rehabilitation techniques, and treatment planning.
