Do you enjoy working in a fastpaced warehouse environment and are looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to lead our clients team. If you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet productivity targets, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Train and supervise team members on shift. Identify maintenance issues, order repairs and provide technical guidance. Inspect equipment and products for quality purposes, ensuring standards are met. Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets. Maintain a clean and organized sorting area. Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team. Requirements Strong leadership skills with excellent communication. Experience operating machinery is preferred. Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of PPE in an industrial setting. Basic math skills. Working Conditions Exposure to dust and loud noise (hearing protection provided). Ability to lift, carry, and move pallets and materials weighing up to 85lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift. Must wear steeltoed footwear in good repair.
