What you will accomplish Engage mall shoppers through our sales process. Build and maintain a prospect list using our CRM. Promote WOW! and partner brands to generate awareness. Provide unbiased, personalized advice to customers. Consistently hit key business metrics. Deliver bestinclass customer experience. Participate in coaching discussions. Manage inventory receiving, signing, securing. Maintain merchandising and store cleanliness standards. Perform daily operations such as opening/closing the kiosk. Complete required training and stay current on promotions, products, and policies. Manage cash, pointofsale, and inventory systems. Work evenings and weekends during mall hours as needed. Prioritize tasks with urgency and adapt quickly to change. What were looking for Be Ready initiate conversations with mall traffic and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
