ABOUT THE PROGRAM At Noble, our people drive our success. Our Branch Manager Development Program is specifically designed for new and recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow into branch leadership roles. Over the course of the program, youll complete six phases that cover key areas of our business. Each phase is designed to build your skills and experience to prepare you for a leadership position in our extensive network. This job posting is for an existing vacancy. THE SIX PHASES OPERATIONS : Learn the full cycle of our warehouse operations, including how product is received, stocked, picked and shipped to gain an understanding of how these processes impact our service commitment to customers. COUNTER SALES : Gain experience with customer inquiries and processing orders where youll get to apply your product knowledge in a customerfacing role. PURCHASING : Learn how to identify the right product mix for our branches, and work with our vendor partners to source products. INSIDE SALES : Gain insight into our quotations process and support customers through phone, email and the eCommerce platform. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT : Learn from industry experts on how to tackle the market and hunt for new business while providing exceptional customer service to your account portfolio. LEADERSHIP : Learn how to manage daytoday branch operations and how to build, motivate and lead a team to deliver worldclass results. Once you complete the Branch Manager Development Program, youll be ready to be a branch leader within Nobles Ontario network, leading a team, managing operations, and driving profitable growth.
