Provides strategic direction, and business planning, and implements measures to ensure the success of the residential HVAC program Direct a sales team of Home Comfort Advisors and ensure they are meeting and exceeding their individual and team objectives Accountable for managing the sales budget including profit and loss accountability. Responsible for the identification of recruitment needs and managing the full cycle of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring activities Direction and motivation of a high-performing sales team through effective training and coaching. Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize opportunities for the service technicians and installers Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales processes for the organization. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales/rental training. Responsible for developing and executing a local market plan to drive organic lead generation Responsible for identifying and developing growth strategies to launch in new geographical territories What do we offer?
