Job Overview This position reports to the Waterloo office and covers Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge, Orangeville, Brantford and the surrounding area. What you will do Proactively manage customers while keeping in mind their requirements, and increase sales through promotion of new equipment and products. Regularly meet with customers to assess satisfaction and adjust accounts to grow territory. Collaborate with the Business Development Representative when a new case is given to understand the customers expectations. Create business propositions outlining the benefits and added value of our company. Close the sale, sign agreements, and ensure aftersale service. Ensure proper execution of transactions. Meet territory sales goals (volume, visits, retention). Conduct monthly business reviews of territory with concrete actions to grow it. Promote new products. Update the CRM continuously. Stay abreast of innovations, competition and market. Ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure high quality gotomarket. Collaborate with the sales and operations team. Develop knowledge of the coffee industry and equipment. Become an ambassador for our brands. This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.
