Our client URGENTLY requires a PMO Lead for 12 months + Contract in Canberra. The PMO Lead will work closely with the Senior Director, ICT Portfolio Delivery to design, setup and run Program Management Office. The purpose is to ensure effective and robust program delivery governance, management artefacts, processes and assurance for both program-based and BAU operational projects. You will work with a professional team of project and adoption managers, as well as business and technical analysts to report on the status of the program and subordinate projects. Skills and Experience required include: Relevant Tertiary qualifications and experience such as P3O, MSP and/or PRINCE2. Knowledge and understanding of project management office administrative systems. Understanding of Project Governance/Assurance/Gating processes in a program context. Proven abilities and experience in the development of a PMO function, its processes and templates. Government experience would be advantageous. Top $''s Paid !
