Jasper AB Maligne Range Restaurant Manager Location: 604 Connaught Dr, Jasper, AB Pay: $26 an hour Job type: Permanent, Full-time Overview The Maligne Range restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, budgeting, staff management, and customer service to boost and maintain profitability. Responsibilities Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurants profits Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Evaluate daily operations Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Conduct performance reviews Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Participate in marketing plans and implementation Lead/instruct individuals Address customers complaints or concerns Provide customer service Manage events Qualifications Education: Secondary School (required) Experience: Restaurant management 2 years (required) Language: English (required) Licence/Certification: Pro Serve Alberta or BC (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-09-15 Application deadline: 2025-09-01 Benefits Casual dress Dental care Discounted or free food Extended health care Paid time off Store discount Vision care #J-18808-Ljbffr
