The Role This position combines front-of-house responsibilities with general office administration and mild PA support, playing a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Reception & Front of House Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and contractors Managing the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, professional and welcoming Answering and directing incoming calls and email enquiries efficiently and courteously Managing the general office inbox and distributing enquiries appropriately Coordinating meeting room bookings, preparing rooms and arranging refreshments Receiving and distributing post and deliveries Maintaining key log systems and ensuring the secure handling of property keys PA & Administrative Support Providing light PA support to a Director, including diary coordination and meeting support Offering general administrative assistance to residential sales, lettings and property management teams Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, property details, photos and floor plans Liaising with internal marketing or PR teams to share property information Supporting the use of property portals such as Rightmove, LonRes and Zoopla About You Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house or office support role Previous experience working in a commercial or residential environment Some exposure to PA or senior support duties would be beneficial Professional, personable and confident communicator Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with CRM systems is advantageous but not essential (training provided) An interest in property and a willingness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr
