Responsibilities Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors. Deter loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function. Work closely with the store team to maintain security of products and deliver effective conflict resolution when required. Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
