Base pay range CA$45,000.00/yr - CA$53,000.00/yr Fira is a fast-growing DTC beauty brand with eight-figure revenues and a mission to redefine beauty for women over 40. Were seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to help keep our global operations running seamlessly. This role focuses on document and data monitoring, inventory planning, and operational execution across Amazon fulfillment, supplier inventory, customs documentation, master data management, and purchasing. Youll work closely with our Director of Operations and our Logistics & Procurement Specialist to maintain system accuracy, ensure on-time fulfillment, and support cross-border logistics. Responsibilities Review sales and inventory data to determine weekly Amazon order volumes and prepare order recommendations. Submit fulfillment orders and coordinate with warehouses across Canada, the US, and the UK. Maintain documentation and conduct weekly audits of all in-transit inventory. Support case management and dispute documentation with external partners. Monitor packaging and component inventory at comanufacturing sites and update internal tracking systems. Review commercial invoices and packing lists for accuracy, including item codes, BOM alignment, unit pricing, consignee details, and weights/dimensions. Create ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) for inbound shipments. Compile documentation packages for U.S. duty drawback submissions, including invoices, customs forms, and BOM/PO mappings. Maintain accurate product data (dimensional, customs, freight, and costing) across multiple systems. Perform weekly and monthly invoice and cost monitoring. Manage PO issuance, freight coordination, and communications for a small portfolio of partnered suppliers. Qualifications 35 years of educational or work experience in an analytical, detail-oriented field (business, finance, accounting, mathematics, or supply chain). Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify trends, issues, and process improvements. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in documentation and data validation. High organizational discipline and follow-through across multiple priorities. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (data validation, lookups, cross-referencing datasets). Excellent written and verbal communication for coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams. Preferred experience Background in consumer goods, e-commerce, or cosmetics. Familiarity with Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, and warehouse management systems. Understanding of HTS codes, FDA regulations, and duty drawback processes. Knowledge of BOM structures, packaging components, and cosmetic labeling. Experience reviewing commercial invoices, purchase orders, and customs documentation.
