How You Will Make an Impact As a key member of our team, you''ll play a vital role in our clients'' hearing journeys. Youll collaborate with clients, healthcare teams, and our wider network to deliver exceptional service. Your daily tasks will include: Performing hearing instrument evaluations and fittings Providing ongoing client follow-ups and instrument checks Cerumen management (if within your scope of practice) Offering counseling and aural rehabilitation Conducting diagnostic testing for ENT specialists (if applicable) In addition to handson care, youll have opportunities to mentor students and new staff, stay on top of professional credentials and continued education, and engage with the community through presentations and marketing initiatives.
