Your Responsibilities Lead an editorial team in Oshawa Guide and develop a skilled team of writers and editors Ensure all content is impeccable and exercise excellent editorial judgment Demonstrate comprehensive community coverage You will need to have a valid drivers licence and a reliable vehicle. Qualifications Your Skills are Learned and Earned Your commitment to fairness, accuracy, transparency and impeccable journalism ethics comes from education and real world experience. To start, you have a bachelors degree or diploma in Journalism, or a related field. You have experience in a newsroom setting. You have exceptional writing and editing skills and a thorough knowledge of CP style. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with those inside our Village and within the communities we serve. Familiarity with the Durham Region is a strong asset.
