Your role and responsibilities Develop Solution Opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging knowledge of Data Platform solutions to meet customer needs and drive business growth. Progress Opportunities to Close: Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to progress sales opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring timely closure and revenue growth. Create Demand for Data Platform: Develop and execute demand generation strategies to increase awareness and interest in Data Platform solutions among customers and prospects. Preferred technical and professional experience Data Platform Portfolio Knowledge: Experience with a broad range of Data Platform solutions, including watsonx Code Assistant, OpenPages, Business Analytics Enterprise, and Cloud Pak for Data, to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Multi-Product Sales Expertise: Experience in managing sales cycles and progressing opportunities to close across multiple Data Platform products, with the ability to collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth. Industry-Specific Sales Strategies: Experience in developing and executing demand generation strategies tailored to specific industries, increasing awareness and interest in Data Platform solutions among customers and prospects.
