We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing team and support our expanding portfolio of media and event-based projects. Position Summary The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that reflect MECEs brand identity across print, digital, and event platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadlinedriven environment. This role supports the design and layout of our quarterly magazine, promotional materials, social media graphics, event collateral, and branded marketing assets. Key Responsibilities Design layouts for MECEs quarterly print magazine Create digital graphics for social media, website, and email campaigns Develop visual assets for MECE events (posters, banners, programs, signage, tickets, backdrops) Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials Collaborate with editorial, marketing and events teams to translate concepts into creative visuals Prepare printready and weboptimized files Support design needs for sponsor and partner activations Adapt and revise designs based on feedback and deadlines Contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and brand presentation Qualifications & Skills Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 23 years of professional graphic design experience (media, events or publishing experience is an asset) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy Experience designing for both print and digital platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and creative problemsolving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience working with culturally diverse projects or organizations is an asset What We Offer Opportunity to work with a vibrant, purposedriven media organization Creative freedom and collaborative environment Meaningful projects that impact diverse communities Flexible working arrangement Competitive remuneration (commensurate with experience) Potential for longterm growth within MECE How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit: Resume Portfolio showcasing relevant design work Brief cover letter outlining your interest and availability Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as we are looking to fill this role immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
