Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Experience: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer who walks through our doors. Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values including our stance on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Product Passion: Continually expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and diving deep into all things Lush. Team Involvement: Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve your performance, support the growth of your team, and increase sales. Qualifications: Required: Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service models Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations Experience working in a team environment Experience working in skincare or cosmetics Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages St. Vital Pay: $16.50 CAD - $16.50 CAD Lush Cosmetics North America respectfully recognizes that our business operates on Indigenous territory across Turtle Island.
