Oulton College is currently seeking Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Clinical Instructors to join our Nursing Faculty. As a Clinical Instructor, youll play a vital role in shaping future nurses, ensuring they graduate with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in diverse healthcare settings. What Youll Do: Supervise and mentor nursing students during clinical placements in the Moncton area (long-term care and/or acute care settings) Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster skill development in real-world environments Support the integration of classroom learning with clinical practice Promote professional attitudes and practices that reflect excellence in patient care Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor''s degree in Nursing. Eligible for registration (active status) with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB) Minimum of two years of recent and relevant experience as a registered nurse. Previous experience teaching at an educational institute is an asset Ability to apply the theory, practices, and principles of adult education. Demonstrated competence with the use of the interview, e-mail, and MS Office Suite.
