Overview Our client is actively seeking a skilled Certified Heavy-Duty Mechanic to join their dynamic service team in Lethbridge. You will work on a diverse fleet of commercial trucks, construction equipment, and heavy machinery within their state-of-the-art, fully equipped facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and extensive knowledge in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of diesel fuel injection systems. Job Duties and Responsibilities Identifying and resolving issues with fuel injection systems, including pumps, injectors, and related components for proper performance Performing routine maintenance work on equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, as well as overhauling fuel injection systems Utilizing specialized testing equipment and calibrating fuel injection components to ensure they meet performance standards Performing repair work by replacing damaged or worn-out parts, including injectors, pumps, and other related components Maintaining accurate records of repairs, calibrations, and other relevant data Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic Ticket 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance or heavy-duty repair 5+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul of diesel fuel systems, including pumps, common rail, and EUI injectors Preference given to those with training Certification from Bosch, Delphi, Denso, and Stanadyne Experience in a supervisory or lead technician role Valid Class 1 or 2 license Alberta Driver''s license (preferred but not mandatory) Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software to ensure optimal engine performance by adhering to manufacture repairs Ability to perform tasks involving heavy lifting/carrying of items up to 80lbs Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Post-secondary school preferred Fluency in English (spoken and written) Work Location Lethbridge, AB Employment Terms This is a permanent, full-time position Wage Range $45/hour from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday (additional hours as needed) If you believe you possess the technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence required for this role, we strongly encourage you to submit your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
