Position: Medical Device Sales Representative (Extremities & Trauma) Edmonton, AB. You will join our team representing Tribe Medical Group and be responsible for all aspects of sales in your assigned territory, ensuring surgeons and healthcare professionals achieve optimal patient outcomes by showcasing and maintaining expert knowledge of our Trauma portfolio. You will focus on the small joint family of products (forefoot, midfoot, hind foot procedures, ankle fracture, soft tissue tendon fixation, hand, wrist and elbow procedures) in addition to the biologic line of products. You will consult with surgeons regarding the use of Arthrex products and procedures in the operating room and engage in continuous medical education to stay at the forefront of advancements. Location: Edmonton, AB. Preference for candidates local to the area. Responsibilities Represent Tribe Medical Group and Arthrex products in the assigned territory, focusing on trauma and extremities portfolios. Consult with surgeons regarding product use and procedures in the operating room with a high level of expertise. Engage in continuous medical education to stay at the forefront of product knowledge and surgical techniques. Deliver clinical case coverage to support sales objectives and assist the Sales team with territory activities. Provide clinical education and training on Arthrex product portfolio and support case coverage, inventory management, and administrative tasks as needed. Develop relationships with surgeons and surgical staff, and alert Arthrex Sales team to opportunities in the territory. Other duties as assigned. Key Qualifications Bachelor''s degree or post-secondary education required; background in Kinesiology, BioMedical, orthopedics, or related human anatomy fields is a plus. Previous sales experience is an asset; comprehensive medical device industry training is provided (6-month curriculum). Ability to travel outside the province for Medical Education labs and travel to the US as needed. Comfortable in open operating room environments; knowledge of OR protocols is preferred. Excellent time management and communication skills. Valid provincial drivers license with reliable transportation. Ability to stand or sit for long periods in health care environments. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and the ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure settings. Working Conditions Travel and Mobility: Regular travel to hospitals and surgical centers within the assigned territory; optional US travel may be required. Physical Requirements: Role involves standing and mobility in hospital environments; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. Motion & Psychological Demands: Field-based role with extended periods in operating rooms; capacity to manage time and prioritize in high-pressure environments. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $65,000 $75,000 CAD , plus commission/bonus eligibility, monthly allowance, and paid travel and accommodations. Extended healthcare benefits. Monthly cellphone reimbursement, travel expenses per company policy, and other reimbursements. Important Details Role is based in Edmonton, AB . Preference for local candidates. Estimated start date: February 2026 or when a successful candidate is found. This is a replacement role and will be overseen by the Regional Sales Leader and work day-to-day with the Territory Manager . Must be eligible to travel to the Arthrex head office in Naples, FL, and travel to the US as required.
