Department: Agriculture Sales and Service Employment Type: FullTime Requisition ID: 1154 Date Posted: January 5, 2026 Closing Date: January 31, 2026 (or until filled.END) Job Summary Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales & Service, the Customer Account Manager 3 (CAM3) sells the AgriBusiness product and service offerings to larger and complex customers within a geographical area, aiming to grow product margin. The CAM3 is a seasoned sales representative who applies broad industry and product knowledge to help customers meet business objectives. The role involves managing a large customer list, anticipating needs, providing solutions, and capitalizing on crossselling and upselling opportunities. The CAM3 mentors junior/intermediate CAMs and is recognised as knowledgeable in UFA and the agricultural industry. This is a field position based in the Northeast region. Responsibilities Achieve sales targets defined in the annual performance objectives under the UFA Sales Incentive Plan for a set customer group within an assigned territory. Lead, foster, develop, and model strong relationships with core customers, using CRM to maintain updated customer and farm profiles with key contact information. Proactively engage in the business decisionmaking process geholgt customers and help them reach informed decisions. Provide timely service, business options, agronomic information, and advice to current and potential customers, arranging specialist Smaller as needed for mutual benefit. Generate and transfer qualified sales leads from interactions with target customers. Promote UFA by participating in community and UFA storerelated events as directed by the manager. Assist administrative and operations staff occasionally to ensure superior customer service at the farm store. Qualifications College/University diploma or degree in Agriculture or a relevant business field. Must hold and maintain a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation or another professional agriculture designation. 7+ years of experience in AgriBusiness and/or a related customer service function; prior sales experience in crop and livestock production is required. Excellent telephone, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM. High level of understanding of the agriculture market and business. Ability to coach and mentor others. Aboveaverage leadership and organizational skills. Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking skills. Valid Class 5 drivers license required. This is a safetysensitive position involving onsite presence at UFA facilities and use of UFA material handling equipment.
