Responsibilities Brand & Marketing Support Support the marketing team as they develop brand plans and budgets for all current and new products Oversee project plans, the communication schedule of deliverables, programs and events for crossfunctional team Prepare and update relevant marketing presentations for the Marketing team Prepare monthly marketing, budget, and sales reports for internal marketing review Monitor the performance of programs through defined reporting, progress tracking, and analytics Coordinate with various external vendors Facilitate printing and packaging needs for the Marketing team Handle inventory management of brand sample materials Plan and organize sales meetings and training, both live and over virtual media Plan and organize trade shows in support of sales efforts Track, monitor, and report sales and supportive activities Manage customer service calls on an asneeded basis to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent Fully bilingual with strong communication skills (both written and oral) in French and English Proficient in using MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Ability to work within a team and perform independently with minimal or no direct supervision Strong attention to detail as it relates to product packaging and data integrity Good problemsolving ability related to gathering all information relevant to the issue and presenting it to leadership in a timely fashion Good organizational skills, resultsdriven approach with analytical ability Time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment Project management skill is a great asset This is a fulltime, officebased position at the BioSyent office in Mississauga Company Overview We are a Canadian company listed on TSXV with an appreciable track record for growth and innovation located in Mississauga.
