Overview Job Title: Account Manager Walmart Account (Product Sales Division) Location: Toronto, ON Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director of Sales About the Company We are a growing product-selling organization expanding our presence across major North American retailers. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced professional to manage and develop our Walmart account. Position Summary The Account Manager Walmart Account will oversee all day-to-day operational, strategic, and relationship functions related to Walmart. The successful candidate must have in-depth, hands-on experience working inside a Walmart corporate office . This is a mandatory requirement. This role demands a strong understanding of Walmarts internal processes, systems, workflows, expectations, and cross-functional operations. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute immediately without introductory training on how Walmart operates. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between the company and Walmarts merchandising, replenishment, supply chain, and category teams. Apply deep Walmart corporate experience to navigate internal workflows, approval processes, and vendor expectations efficiently. Manage item setup, product listings, documentation, and compliance through Walmart platforms (e.g., Retail Link, Supplier Center, OTIF dashboards). Lead forecasting conversations, replenishment planning, promotions, and business-building opportunities. Ensure complete compliance with Walmart standards, routing guidelines, packaging requirements, and vendor protocols. Analyze performance using Walmart analytic tools and develop actionable strategies to improve sales and operational outcomes. Proactively troubleshoot operational or supply chain issues as they arise. Coordinate with internal departments to execute Walmart-specific programs and ensure deliverables are met. Prepare weekly business recaps, reporting, and insights for company leadership. Required Qualifications Mandatory: In-depth prior experience working within a Walmart corporate office (e.g., merchandising, replenishment, category planning, or related functions). Strong, practical understanding of Walmarts systems, processes, and internal expectations. Proficiency with Walmart tools such as Retail Link, Supplier Center, OTIF, and related platforms. Experience managing or supporting major retail accounts, preferably in consumer goods or product-based industries. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Advanced analytical skills and experience using Walmart data for decision-making. Understanding of supply chain operations relevant to high-volume retailers. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, operations, finance). Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or retail merchandising. Why Join Us?
