Supportive Company Culture we value teamwork, professionalism, and respect Who Were Looking For An ideal Armorous Officer: Holds a valid BSIS Guard Card Can provide 40 hours of BSIS training certifications Maintains a professional and commanding presence Has strong customer service and communication skills Demonstrates reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude All candidates must have completed the California BSIS-required 40 hours of security officer training (the 8-hour initial course and 32-hour continuing education). Proof of certificates is required before onboarding.
