We are seeking a skilled Pallet Repair Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and repairing wooden pallets to ensure they meet quality standards. This role involves working in an assembly-style manufacturing environment, using pneumatic tools and other hand tools. Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming pallets for damage or wear. Replace broken or missing boards, nails, and other components. Operate pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other hand tools safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
