Professional Growth is a priority: We celebrate achievements and invest in your development. The Role Reporting to the Principal Consultant, you will be a vital resource for our team and clients. You won''t just be doing ''admin''you''ll be providing sound HR solutions that help organizations thrive. Your daily impact will include: Strategic Advisory: Providing advice on daily employee relations and formulating practical HR plans. Policy & Compliance: Developing and integrating handbooks and policies that meet Alberta''s legislative requirements. Talent Management: Supporting recruitment, strategic succession planning, and conducting salary compensation reviews. Special Projects: Leading HR programs, performing investigations (harassment/discrimination), and staying ahead of new industry trends. Who You Are We are looking for a professional who balances high-level strategy with ''boots-on-the-ground'' execution. Education: Post-secondary education in HR Management (or equivalent experience). Experience: 35 years in Human Resources, ideally in an advisory capacity. Designation: A CPHR designation (or the ability to obtain one) is preferred. Knowledge: A deep understanding of federal/provincial employment, human rights and OHS/WCB standards/regulations/legislation. Logistics: A Class 5 driver''s license and the ability to travel as required. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects while maintaining absolute client confidentiality. Ready to apply?
