Duties Include: Repair all Crown and OEM valve equipment to Stream-Flo''s standards based on equipment type Tear down, reassemble and troubleshoot valve equipment for repair Test, grease, inspect, and stamp valves Maintain accurate database and documentation Calibrate, function test, and troubleshoot choke valves and a variety of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric positioners and actuation Record non-conformances as required Inform Supervisor /Lead Hand of any irregularities with orders or equipment Assist with shop housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment Perform other duties as required or assigned Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following: High School Diploma with related valve repair, rebuild and/or teardown experience an asset Knowledge of Stream-Flo and/or competitor''s equipment an asset Mechanically inclined; basic understanding of hand and power tool functionality Ability to operate a forklift Good communication (oral and written), interpersonal, customer service, and problem solving skills Well organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is a privately owned and operated Canadian manufacturer of wellhead, production gate valve and check valve equipment.
