We are currently seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to support aircraft MRO and assembly operations in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidate will perform hands-on avionics installation, troubleshooting, modification, and testing activities in a regulated aviation environment. Key Responsibilities: Remove and install aircraft avionics components and systems Service, repair, modify, troubleshoot, and functionally test avionics systems Assist with avionics modifications and repairs in accordance with approved data and procedures Interpret and follow technical manuals, drawings, and work instructions Ensure all work complies with aircraft standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in MRO and/or aircraft assembly environments Strong knowledge of avionics materials, shop methods, and industry practices Solid understanding of aircraft standards, avionics theory, and electrical systems Ability to use technical manuals, instrumentation, and aircraft wiring/plumbing systems Certificate from a recognized college or institution outlining relevant avionics training, OR equivalent combination of practical trade credits and hands-on experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Advantages and benefits Permanent employment offering stability and security.
