Bravo Target Safety is looking for Ontario Licensed Primary Care Paramedics to join our team on a full time, temporary basis for a job in the Thunder Bay area. Reporting directly to the medical services manager out of the Leduc office, this is an exciting opportunity to begin or advance your career within Bravo Target Safety . Job Duties Provide medical standby-by services and respond to any emergency as per your training and provincial scope of practice Conduct and maintain proper and accurate headcount unless otherwise advised Review and advise on emergency response plans as it relates to a specific site and scope Conduct site safety tours and pre-job inspections prior to completing hazard assessments Participate in all Safety Meetings and review SDS for hazardous materials Incident reporting and assisting in investigations as required Participate in emergency drills as required by Bravo Target Safety and/or the client Maintain emergency response apparatuses as per manufacturers recommendations and related standards require (regular maintenance and cleaning of unit, sustain complete inventory, rigging in, testing, and inspection of equipment/supplies, etc.) Other duties as assigned Requirements Must have an active Ontario AEMCA licensure Previous experience as a Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) is considered an asset Reside or have reliable transportation to and from Thunder Bay work site Clean Class G Drivers License Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level A or C (or equivalent) Common Safety Orientation (CSO) Proven track record of exceptional customer service Demonstrate leadership in all aspects of the job and work within a team environment Must have excellent organizational, written, and communication skills Must be computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to work away from home for extended periods of time, work long hours, and be able to work both day and night shift Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol testing What We Offer Living allowance: $195 per day Overtime paid at 1.5x after 8 hours daily and 44 hours weekly 12-hour shifts CA$28.00-CA$36.00 per hour Bravo Target Safety is committed to diversity and inclusion at the workplace.
