In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in both languages. Compensation: $21.00 per hour (approximately $43,000 per year) What You''ll Do: Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information in both French and English Resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels and adhering to company standards Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat inquiries in both languages Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our systems Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
