Shuttle Driver Location: Airdrie, Alberta Employment Type: Full Time and Part Time Seasonal Period: May to September 2026 Looking for a people focused role with Canada''s largest RV dealer? Enjoy driving, meeting new people, and being part of a team that helps customers start their vacations stress free? We are hiring Full Time and Part Time Seasonal Shuttle Drivers for our Airdrie, AB dealership for the May to mid October 2026 season. This role plays an important part in delivering a positive and safe transportation experience for our rental customers. Hours and days of work are based on business levels. The dealership operates Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and availability during scheduled shifts is required. What You Will Be Doing Provide friendly and professional customer service, including greeting customers and assisting with luggage Safely transport customers to and from the rental facility Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for passengers Ensure cleanliness and general upkeep of the shuttle bus Inspect the bus for damage and confirm equipment is in working order Follow traffic laws and defensive driving practices, including seat belt compliance Perform additional duties as assigned What Makes You a Strong Fit Valid driver''s license Class 2, 4, or 1 with a current driver''s abstract Valid Class 4 medical Commercial driver''s abstract dated within the last 30 days Previous experience driving passengers Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to assist customers with luggage Ability to read, write, and speak English Fluency in German or Dutch is an asset Able to work well under pressure Willingness to work weekends Working Conditions Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Shift work including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Overtime may be required during peak periods Physically active role requiring standing for extended periods Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, and carry equipment and supplies Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs including luggage and equipment Fraserway RV is part of Canada''s largest vertically integrated RV Company, with full-service dealerships spanning coast to coast.
